The String of Hearts (Ceropegia woodii) is a trailing succulent-like plant native to southern Africa, where it grows in rocky, arid environments. Known for its delicate, heart-shaped leaves and thin, trailing vines, it belongs to the Apocynaceae family. The plant’s foliage displays a beautiful variegation of green, silver, and sometimes purple tones, and it can produce small, tubular, purplish-pink flowers resembling tiny lanterns.
