Shipping policy:

We ship anywhere in the US.

Just a friendly heads-up: We recommend waiting to order tropical plants until your daytime temperatures are consistently above 32°F for the entire 3-4 day delivery timeframe. Heat packs offered for free with limited protection (110 hours- 4.5 days) and may not prevent damage in temperatures below this threshold. Ground shipping is not offered in winter because the timeframe can extend past 7 days.

Orders shipped to locations with temperatures below 32°F are not covered. This means no reimbursements or replacements will be offered for plants damaged in extreme cold. We will ship with insurance through shippers but this may not be covered if the shipper delivers within the timeframe purchased.

We will provide a variety of shipping options to allow for the most affordable, yet timely arrivals depending on your location. Please remember, we are NOT responsible for ANY shipping issues including damage, delays, loss, weather, or other incidents once the carrier has accepted the package. Please purchase insurance if you are concerned about any of your purchases.  We do supply heat packs FREE of charge during the winter months.

We do offer local pick ups and delivery.
