Cancellation policy

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase only.

Once an order has entered processing, packing, or preparation, it can no longer be canceled. Live plants are prepared quickly, pulled from inventory, and scheduled based on weather and shipping conditions, making cancellations after this window unavailable.

Live Plant Orders
After the 12-hour cancellation window, all live plant orders are final and cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified. This includes orders placed during sales, launches, or live selling events.

Shipping Holds
Shipping holds due to weather or unsafe temperatures do not qualify as cancellations. Holds are placed to protect plant health and orders will ship once conditions are safe.

Digital Products
All digital products, including ebooks, guides, downloads, and subscriptions, cannot be canceled or refunded once purchased or accessed.

Subscriptions
Subscription orders cannot be canceled once a billing cycle has been processed. Skips, changes, or cancellations must be completed prior to the billing date to avoid charges.

Address Errors
Orders cannot be canceled due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for verifying all shipping details before placing an order.
