Refund policy

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of live plants and digital products, we do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been placed.

Live Plants
Plants are living items and may experience normal stress during transit. Minor cosmetic damage, including bent leaves, leaf drop, or slight discoloration, is expected and not considered damage.

All plants are carefully inspected and packaged prior to shipment. If a plant arrives with significant damage or does not survive transit, you must contact us within 12 hours of delivery with clear photos of both the plant and packaging.

Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or shop credit at our discretion. Refunds are not issued.

Delays caused by weather, shipping carriers, or shipping holds due to unsafe temperatures are not grounds for replacement, credit, or refund. Shipping holds are used to protect plant health.

Shipping and Delivery
Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or damage caused by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout are not eligible for replacement, credit, or refund.

Digital Products
All digital products, including ebooks, guides, downloads, and subscriptions, are non-refundable. Once a digital product has been delivered or accessed, the sale is final.

Subscriptions
Subscription payments are non-refundable once processed. Changes, skips, or cancellations must be made prior to billing. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
