By accessing or purchasing from Rooted Plant Shop, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

All sales are final. Live plants, digital products, subscriptions, and shipping fees are non-refundable. Orders may only be canceled within the stated cancellation window before processing begins.

Live plants are living items and may experience normal stress during transit. Minor cosmetic damage is expected and not considered grounds for refunds. Claims for significant damage must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos.

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays, carrier issues, weather-related holds, or address errors provided by the customer.

Digital products are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once accessed. Subscriptions are billed automatically and cannot be refunded once processed.

We reserve the right to refuse service, limit quantities, update pricing, modify products, or update these terms at any time without prior notice.

All content, including text, images, and digital materials, is the property of Rooted Plant Shop and may not be copied, shared, or redistributed without permission.
