Paphiopedilum ‘Fred Amusingly’, a Lady Slipper Orchid, is a hybrid grown for its structured pouch blooms and patterned foliage. Native lineage traces back to Southeast Asian forest orchids. What makes this plant special is the unique flower shape combined with compact, fan-form growth and mottled leaves. Leaves are strap-like and grow in a tight cluster from the base.

Light requirements
Place in an east or north window, at the window or within 1 to 2 feet. South or west exposure must be filtered. Grow lights at 5000K–6500K, 10 to 14 inches above canopy. Best at 100 to 300 foot-candles.

Watering & environment
Keep lightly moist at all times. Never allow full dry down. Check root zone before watering. Moderate humidity and airflow preferred.
