Light: Pussy willow trees prefer full sunlight, but they can tolerate partial shade. Ensure it gets 6-8 hours of direct sunlight daily for optimal growth.

Watering: Keep the soil consistently moist, especially during the growing season. Water deeply and ensure the soil is well-drained to prevent root rot. Be cautious not to let the tree sit in water.

Soil: They thrive in slightly acidic to neutral soil with good drainage. A mix of loamy or sandy soil works well.

Pruning: Regularly trim the tree to maintain the topiary shape. This is typically done during the spring or after the tree has finished blooming. Cut back any unwanted growth and shape it according to your desired style.
