Golden Pothos, also known as Epipremnum aureum, is one of the most beloved and beginner-friendly houseplants out there. Its heart-shaped leaves feature vibrant green marbled with golden-yellow variegation, making it both easy to grow and visually appealing. This hardy vine thrives in a wide range of indoor environments but does best in bright, indirect light, such as near an east- or west-facing window. It can tolerate lower light, though the variegation may fade in very dim conditions.

Golden Pothos is known for being nearly foolproof. Allow mto dry before watering, and be sure to use a well-draining potting mix. It can tolerate a bit of neglect, making it perfect for beginners or those with busy schedules. While it isn’t picky about humidity, it will grow faster and fuller with occasional misting or if placed in naturally humid areas like kitchens or bathrooms. Avoid overwatering, as root rot is the main concern with this otherwise resilient plant.

With its trailing vines and classic variegation, Golden Pothos is a versatile plant for hanging baskets, shelves, or training up a moss pole. It's also an excellent air purifier, making it both functional and decorative.
