My Lives are where I spend time with the Rooted community, show you plants, teach, talk about what’s happening in the shop, and set aside time throughout the Live to answer plant questions. There are often a lot of people there, so while I answer as many questions as I can during those timeframes, I’m not always able to get to everyone.

Lives are a great place to learn, listen to other people’s questions, and pick up information you can use with your own plants. If your question needs more time for me to look at your individual plants, growing environment, lighting, watering, or setup with you, that’s where a Plant Consultation may be a better fit.

You can choose a 15-minute consultation for $35 for up to 2 plants or a 30-minute consultation for $65 for 3–4 plants. You can choose phone or video, whichever you’re more comfortable with and whichever makes the most sense for what we’re working through.

Because this is dedicated one-on-one time, I do keep the appointments within the time reserved. A 15-minute consultation ends at 15 minutes, and a 30-minute consultation ends at 30 minutes. If we reach the end and there are more plants or another concern you’d like to work through, we can continue another time. I’d rather give what we are discussing the attention it deserves than rush through your plants just to fit more into the appointment.
