Alocasia micholitziana ‘Frydek Tattoo’. Originating from tropical Southeast Asian forest conditions where roots sit in airy, organic soil that never stays fully dry, and light is bright but filtered through canopy. This variation is valued for its exaggerated vein contrast and velvet texture. Leaves are deep green, soft to the touch, with bold white venation and enhanced patterning.

Light requirements.
Prefers east and south windows.
Place 1–2 ft from the window.
Grow lights 5000K–6500K.
10–14 inches from canopy.
Foot-candles: 1,000–2,000 for strong contrast.

Watering & environment.
Allow soil to dry halfway.
Check root zone.
Prefers higher humidity and airflow.
