The Epipremnum giganteum ‘Marble’ is a stunning tropical vine native to the rainforests of Southeast Asia and the Pacific Islands, where it climbs tall trees and thrives in warm, humid environments. Known for its large, thick leaves with creamy-white marbling, this variety adds a bold, elegant look to any indoor plant collection. Its oversized foliage and natural variegation give it a refined jungle aesthetic, making it a standout among aroids and pothos varieties.

This plant grows best in well-draining, nutrient-rich soil and appreciates evenly moist conditions—allowing the top inch of soil to dry between waterings. It enjoys humidity but is fairly forgiving, adapting well to standard indoor environments with occasional misting or a humidifier nearby. Regular pruning and a sturdy moss pole or trellis encourage upward growth and larger leaf size as the plant matures.

Direction of light: The Epipremnum giganteum ‘Marble’ prefers bright, indirect light for best variegation and healthy growth. A north- or east-facing window works well, or filtered sunlight through sheer curtains if placed near a south- or west-facing window. Avoid direct sun, which can scorch the marbled portions, but ensure enough brightness to keep its stunning pattern vivid and balanced.
