Native to Brazil but grown widely in Thailand, this unique philodendron develops larger, more dramatic leaves as it matures—especially when given a moss pole or trellis to climb. For best growth, place your Philodendron Mayoi about 2–3 feet from a bright window where it will receive bright, indirect light. An east-facing window is ideal, or near a south or west window with sheer curtains to filter the sun. Too much direct sunlight can scorch the leaves, while too little light can cause slower growth and smaller leaves. This balance of light is what helps it thrive and show off its signature tropical look.

Caring for this plant is straightforward—water when most of the way dry- never soggy. They also loves humidity, so grouping it with other plants or using a humidifier will give it an extra boost.
